Our Professional Maintenance Includes a 20-Point System Check
- Clean indoor coils to manufacturer specifications.
- Clean outdoor condenser coils to manufacturer specifications.
- Inspect and clean condensate drain lines.
- Apply drain treatment tablets to help reduce the buildup of fungus, mold, and algae.
- Check and monitor refrigerant levels as appropriate.
- Test run capacitors and verify proper operation.
- Measure electrical amperage draws.
- Measure electrical current and verify proper operation.
- Inspect and tighten electrical connections as needed.
- Verify proper thermostat operation.
- Check the defrost cycle on heat pumps.
- Test applicable safety controls.
- Clean furnace burners as needed.
- Inspect flue piping and venting systems.
- Inspect accessible ductwork.
- Test backup electric heat where applicable.
- Inspect contactors for pitting, excessive wear, and damage.
- Inspect electrical service disconnects.
- Inspect motors, fans, and other major system components for proper operation.
- Check overall system operation and performance.
