Looking Beyond the Obvious
Routine maintenance involves more than a quick look at your equipment. Our professional maintenance includes a 20-point system check covering indoor and outdoor coil cleaning, condensate drain inspection and treatment, refrigerant checks as appropriate, thermostat operation, and overall system performance. We also inspect your electrical connections, capacitors, contactors, disconnects, motors, fans, and applicable safety controls.
For heating equipment, the check can include furnace burners, flue piping, and venting. For heat pumps, we check the defrost cycle and test backup electric heat where applicable. We also inspect accessible ductwork and evaluate system operation to identify concerns that may warrant attention.
