Bo was absolutely wonderful in discussing everything with us for our tankless water heater. The crew that worked to take out of tank water heater, and install the tankless was heater were great as well. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Hats Off Heating and Air Conditioning. We actually hired them to be our AC/Heat guys for all tuneups in the future even though we did like our previous company, Hats Off was just so personable, and it's nice to have the same company for everything. I called Hats Off because they had great reviews and are family-owned. I had a clogged drain line from heat pump that needed to be resolved because the water pan overflowed and leaked through my ceiling. The technician, Evan, was very kind and walked me through everything he was doing including taking before/after pictures. He recognized the issue, cleaned out the line, and also recommended a safety switch to prevent the heat pump from continuing to run if the line gets clogged again. He was able to install the switch during the same visit. I appreciate their integrity and transformation. I was not left guessing about what was going on or what I was paying for. Thank you to Evan and Hats Off.
